AI Profile Screening

Our AI agent analyzes every applicant. It checks their LinkedIn, GitHub or portfolio, work history, and tech stack depth. It also flags anything suspicious. Score of 1-10 plus a recommendation. Only 7 or above moves forward.

Technical Challenge

A role-specific coding task with a 48-hour deadline. Real work, not multiple choice. Frontend candidates build a responsive dashboard component in React with tests. Backend candidates build a REST API with auth, validation, and Docker. Fullstack builds a CRUD app with CI/CD.

AI Code Review

Our AI review bot evaluates the submitted code. It scores code quality, architecture, test coverage, and Git hygiene, each on a 1-10 scale. Only candidates with an overall 7 or higher move on.

Video Interview

A 15-minute conversation where we assess communication skills, remote work experience, and how they approach problems. After that, we place them into Gold (9-10), Silver (7-8), or Bronze (5-6).
